I had big plans for today.  It was gardening day.  We were going to tackle the front flower bed, weed it all out and make the tulips that are already blooming look so pretty.  That was the plan. 

We did make it outside after lunch, we got all the supplies we needed, we even started to get our hands dirty...but while the sun was out, the wind was also out.  It was not a gentle spring breeze, more like a howling winter gust.  So after about 10 min, we packed it all up and ran back inside.

It wasn't a totally wasted afternoon, as we got to play in the scraproom.  The girls made cards for their teachers and I worked on a layout.

This is the April Sketch from PageMaps.  I turned it onto its side so that it worked better for the picture I had.
