Waiting for Superman was an engaging and a bit unsettling movie and made me thankful that our system isn't anywhere near like that. However it brought up alot of questions and thoughts about our own school system, union practices, effective teaching but mostly it brought home the idea that everyone deserves a chance at good education and that good teachers make a difference.
It is the supreme art of the teacher to awaken
joy in creative expression and knowledge.
